		<description>It&#039;s true. Even though I may not have a lot to teach other people, this would be among the lessons I would share with my closest friends and family. Be yourself when I pains you to do so. The challenge alone teaches us to be brave, to be powerful in the midst of embarrassment. 

If we only saw how many times the people we idolize fail and struggle, we would see that people are just people. We are imperfect. We are mortal. All of us. And we won&#039;t live forever, so it&#039;s important to do what makes us happy.

Did you know that the biggest regret of the dying is that they lived their life for other people instead of themselves? (Citation: http://www.inspirationandchai.com/Regrets-of-the-Dying.html). 

That means that most of us are scared out of our minds to be ourselves. It&#039;s an unfortunate paradox. Life is about taking risks. That&#039;s how we adapt and survice. Really, if you think about it, if we don&#039;t challenge the perceptions we have of ourselves, we&#039;re choosing not to adapt as humans.
